Sweet Pea hasn't really had an official word yet. But, she's been playing with the ba-ba-ba and da-da-da sounds for quite a while now. And, despite my constant efforts to get her to say ma-ma-ma (knowing full well it won't really mean mama yet), she has refused.
Until, tonight.
I was changing her diaper and getting her ready for bed. Without any prompting at all, she smiled so sweetly, looked at me and said in a really soft tone, "ma ma ma ma" then reached up and stuff her finger in my mouth.
